On June 26, 27 2025 the Compact Model Coalition (CMC) brought 80 academic and industry partners together for the inaugural International Compact Modeling Conference (ICMC) in San Francisco. The ICMC provided a unique focus on compact device models, their development and broad application in the semiconductor industry. Attendees came from around the world and actively participated in discussions centered around 3 Keynotes, 7 Invited Talks, 23 papers, and 16 Posters. Planning for the 2026 ICMC is already underway.
