ROUND ROCK, Texas, August 8, 2026 — The Silicon Integration Initiative (Si2) is pleased to announce that Thomas Ahle is a newly elected member of Si2 Board of Directors for 2026-2027. Thomas is a computer scientist and artificial intelligence researcher who serves as Head of Machine Learning at Normal Computing. Before his current role, he was a tech lead at Meta, where he led the Machine Learning Efficiency Group within Meta Probability, specializing in scaling frontier AI methods and probabilistic machine learning. Before Meta, he co-founded SupWiz, a conversational AI startup based in Denmark, where he served as Chief Machine Learning Officer before its acquisition by Puzzel. He previously worked at Palantir Technologies, contributing to Palantir Foundry, the company’s enterprise AI platform. Ahle holds a PhD in Computer Science from ITU of Copenhagen and a Bachelor’s degree from Oxford University, and his research has appeared at NeurIPS, FOCS, and SODA, including a co-authored publication in Nature Communications.
